A fire broke out in the meter house in Mangalahat, causing concern and panic among traders and residents. The timely response of two fire engines and the efforts of CESC employees helped bring the fire under control, preventing it from escalating into a major catastrophe. It's worth noting that just two months earlier, the same area had witnessed a devastating fire that destroyed around six hundred shops.
